Die Schützengesellschaft Wesendorf gibt bekannt, dass die diesjährige Jahreshauptversammlung am Samstag, 28. Dezember 2024, im Schützenhaus stattfindet.
Die Mitglieder werden gebeten, zahlreich und pünktlich zu erscheinen.
Beginn: 19:00 Uhr
Anzug: Uniform
Tagesordnung:
- Begrüßung durch den 1. Vorsitzenden und Ehrung der verstorbenen Mitglieder
- Feststellung der ordnungsgemäßen Einberufung und der Beschlussfähigkeit der Mitgliederversammlung sowie die Genehmigung der Tagesordnung
- Genehmigung des Protokolls der letzten Jahreshauptversammlung
- Bericht des 1. Vorsitzenden
- Kassenbericht und Bericht der Kassenprüfer
- Entlastung des geschäftsführenden Vorstandes
- Eingegangene Anträge
- Neuwahl eines/einer zweiten Vorsitzenden gemäß § 9.1.b der Satzung (außerordentliche Wahl für 1 Jahr)
- Neuwahl eines Kassenprüfers gemäß § 12 der Satzung
- Grußworte des Bürgermeisters
- Bericht der Schießsportleiterin
- Berichte der Leiter(-innen) des Spielmannszuges, des Musikzuges und des Heidemusikcorps
- Bericht über die Vermietungen des Schützenhauses
- Beförderungen
- Anfragen und Anregungen
(Anträge zur Tagesordnung müssen gemäß § 8.11 der Satzung spätestens 10 Tage vor der Versammlung beim Vorstand eingereicht sein.)
